Al Mazaya Holding Co (K.S.C) a leading property firm in the region, signed a contribution contract with “Oman Construction” to share in a real estate investment portfolio in Oman with a capital of OMR 3.1 million. Al Mazaya’s share is 40% while 12% is for Oman Construction and 12% for “Mina” real estate company. The remainder of the percentage is submitted for IPO from a chosen group of investors and real estate companies.

Kuwait Stock Exchange declares that according to the meeting of the General Assembly of Al Mazaya Holding Company (Mazaya), which was held on 19.03.2014, the distribution of 6% of shares from the paid-up capital (6 shares for every 100 shares) has been approved for the financial year ended on 31.12.2013. The distribution will be done among the company’s registered shareholders on Tuesday 08.04.2014, following the conclusion of the company’s monthly procedures. Accordingly, the company’s shares will be traded without (bonus shares) starting from Wednesday, 09.04.2014.
