Holds the designation for CFA Since 2005 and received his MBA (Emphasis in Finance) from the Lebanese American University (LAU) & holds a Bachelor of Science from the American University of Beirut (AUB).
Work Experience

Abdulhamid Mihrez is a GCC-focused investment executive with over two decades of experience in asset management, private equity, investment banking, and special situations. His expertise lies in capital strategy, restructuring, and value creation in transitional and growth-stage businesses. He has led investment banking transactions totaling approximately USD 800 million and successfully managed the wind-down of complex asset portfolios exceeding USD 850 million. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with boards, management teams, and shareholders on complex transactions, turnarounds, and capital restructuring mandates across multiple sectors. Abdulhamid brings strong governance insight and strategic perspective to the Board, particularly in areas where capital structure, operational performance, and long-term value creation intersect.
