Al Mazaya Holding Co (K.S.C) a leading property firm in the region, signed a contribution contract with “Oman Construction” to share in a real estate investment portfolio in Oman with a capital of OMR 3.1 million. Al Mazaya’s share is 40% while 12% is for Oman Construction and 12% for “Mina” real estate company. The remainder of the percentage is submitted for IPO from a chosen group of investors and real estate companies.

Reference to the above subject and given the increase of trading in today session dated 28/10/2015, we would like to inform you that as per our knowledge, there are no recent updates that may significantly affect the Company situation, nor is there any information that may impact the price of the Company shares at the current market, or may cause any abnormal trading activities other than those disclosed earlier to the Capital Market Authority and Kuwait Stock Exchange. Moreover, the Company has not performed any additional trading on its shares.
