Al Mazaya Holding Co (K.S.C) a leading property firm in the region, signed a contribution contract with “Oman Construction” to share in a real estate investment portfolio in Oman with a capital of OMR 3.1 million. Al Mazaya’s share is 40% while 12% is for Oman Construction and 12% for “Mina” real estate company. The remainder of the percentage is submitted for IPO from a chosen group of investors and real estate companies.
Change in Ownership percentage
With reference to the above subject and to Article 395 of the Executive Regulation of Law No. 7 of 2010 concerning the establishment of Capital Markets Authority, and through the register of the company’s shareholders, kindly be advised that till the date 6/08/2015 the percentage of ownership of Securities Group Co. (SGC) – Customers Account decreased in the shares of Al Mazaya Holding K.S.C (Holding) by a percentage of 0.787%.
As it was holding 52,147,666 shares on 15/07/2015 at a percentage of 7.577%. And now it owns 46,734,794 shares on 6/08/2015 at a percentage of 6.790%.
