Al Mazaya Holding Co (K.S.C) a leading property firm in the region, signed a contribution contract with “Oman Construction” to share in a real estate investment portfolio in Oman with a capital of OMR 3.1 million. Al Mazaya’s share is 40% while 12% is for Oman Construction and 12% for “Mina” real estate company. The remainder of the percentage is submitted for IPO from a chosen group of investors and real estate companies.
Change of ownership in Mazaya Holding company
With reference to the above subject, and Article 395 of the executive regulation of Law No. 7 of 2010 regarding the establishment of the Kuwait Capital Markets Authority, please be advised that on 21/8/2014, the percentage of ownership of shareholder / Gimbal Holding Company SPC in the shares of Mazaya Holding Company K.S.C (Holding) went down by 0.334% of the company’s capital.
As it was holding 172,450,277 direct shares on 14/08/2014 by a percentage of 25.055%, and currently it owns 170,150,277 direct shares on 21/08/2014 by a percentage of 24.721%.
